Florachem Expands Production Capacity in Mexico

Florachem Corporation announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Aromaticos Finos S.A. de C.V. to form a new company for the production of Fragrance and Industrial Chemicals in Mexico. The new company will operate under the name Arofisa S. de R.L. de C.V.
The manufacturing facility in Atlacomulco, Estado de Mexico is strategically located near the gum turpentine processing state of Michoacan. This multi-purpose plant has been producing citrus, pine and other fragrance chemicals for over thirty years. The main products currently being produced are Terpineol, Pine Oil, Dipentene and other Terpene chemicals. This new venture significantly furthers Florachem strategic expansion into manufacturing. The factory will operate in concert with Florachem essential oil processing facility in Mission, Texas. A warehouse located in Mexico City will enhance domestic sales of these manufactured products as well as many of the other products Florachem distributes from its family of partners worldwide.
